This movie adopting some action from The Matrix Trilogy, with the base Story line Hitler which prevent freedom. Similar and identical life is a must of every citizen on this movie.

When John Preston (Christian Bale) found that his partner Partridge (Sean Bean) was one of the freedom associated his turning point started.

He begin to know more about 'feeling', the breath the touch, the view. His heart getting warmer, He even start to stand for the underground freedom association.

But that not an easy task, as he is one of the officer that given mission to eliminate those who have 'feeling'. Instead of his new partner Brandt(Taye digs) is a very cautious person. He always say, "Always expect the worst."

Brandt start to noticing John changing from cold heart to a warm heart. John trouble start when he found a puppy kept by the freedom group that eliminated by Brandt team. When the officer want to eliminate the dogs. When one puppy escape to John hand he can feel the warm from its body and licking.

This movie ended by John action on changing the ways it is on the System, by killing those who oppose the freedom. Include his partner Brandt and Father (Sean Pertwee).

The implicit message is that Freedom is a natural and basics instinct of every Human. Feeling is a give that can be express through many ways including painting, music, poem, or even word, rearranging the desk included also.

Even this movie released for more then 4-7 years ago but it is a good movie as reference that freedom need to be appreciated and to remind us that we are supposedly grateful to have it, imagine if we live on that era, no music, no painting, no different cloth, even your desk must arrange similarly with others, and everything you do that seems to be different must make the others cautious and ask, "What are you doing?"

Weak point is this movie is full of murdering action that can have a bad effect to child under 18 years.
